My small mami stall

Buti na lang yung pwesto naming mami stall malayo sa MMDA pink line kung hindi matagal na kami tsugi sa pwesto namin.
Our food stall is just made up of a table, 4 mono-block chairs. Katabi namin ang Arnold's Store na nasa ibaba ng bahay namin.
Our cooking equipment ay medyo primitive pa. Remember we just started on what we have and 600pesos. Dalawang de-uling na kalan, dalawang malaking kaldero, isa para sa sabaw ng mami (beef stock,made up of beef bulalo,onions,carrots, plus herbs and spices) at yung isa naman para lugaw.
The rest of the food(lumpiang gulay,fried tokwa,..etc) we sell are prepared and cooked in the kitchen upstairs.
We buy our ingredients from the Divisoria and Trabajo markets dahil mura dito lalo na pag madaling araw pa. I'm the one who goes to Divisoria at 12am to buy the ingredients for beef mami while my mother goes to Trabajo market to buy the rest at around 9am.
We usually open our mamihan at 2pm and close down at 10pm.
Before I forget our mamian is located at 254 AH Lacson Street Sampaloc,Manila.
