Wanna make fine,roasted garlic? Here's how:
You must need a blender or osterizer to grind garlic to become puree. Osterize the garlic with just the right amount of oil to make grinding easier.
Then preheat oil in a sauce pan. Heat the oil at high level. Cooking oil should be just enough to deep fry the garlic puree.
When your garlic is ready,pour it in hot oil,and quickly adjust to low heat. Continuously stir the garlic until light brown, then turn off the fire,but continue stirring,until garlic becomes golden brown.
If you don't turn off the fire at the time it has become light brown you won't achieve that golden brown color as it will turn darker because of heat of the oil won't lower down immediately after you turn off the fire.
